I eat almost everything meats and vegetables, but mostly meats! I eat REAL food.I attempt to eat little to no bread and pasta, what I consider "fake" food or fillers. I do not enjoy fish, so I supplement oils. Over 150gs of protein a day. 2g per kg body weight. Yogurt or kefir is regular for gut bacteria health. I need sugar (muscle glycogen stores) for the training that I do, so I do not restrict myself there. My calories fluctuate dependent on my goals. Negative caloric balance for cutting and positive balance for gains. Water is not weakness! If you're thirsty it is too late. I constantly drink water.
